Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our contact form and include your original invoice number and a detailed explanation of your concerns.

Upon receipt of a valid refund request, we will review the matter and respond within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days and refunded through your original payment method. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if a portion of the services was provided satisfactorily.

All content, trademarks, and proprietary information on this site are owned by us or our licensors. Clients may use materials provided during the engagement solely for internal business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
